Registered Nurse- Community Mental Health

Opportunity: You'll be supporting clients experiencing complex mental health and substance use challenges, delivering person-centred care with a strong focus on recovery, wellbeing, and community connection. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing and monitoring individual care plans, collaborating with local health and social services and engaging clients in relapse prevention, education and psychosocial support.

Location: This Community Mental Health Case Management role is based in Cobar, a historic outback town in Western NSW, renowned for its mining heritage, strong community spirit, and authentic rural way of life.
